All of my best knowledge is given away for free. Through podcasts, articles, social media, and anywhere else you might find information. There is a ton of high quality fitness information widely and freely available online, yet we’re not all lean, strong, and healthy.

Knowing the information generally is not enough. Taking action to APPLY this knowledge specifically to the context of YOUR own life is where the magic happens. And that’s where coaching comes in.

Through intelligent training program design, nutrition habits, and lifestyle changes, we will work towards achieving your fitness goals: gaining strength, getting lean, feeling healthy and confident in your body, physical freedom, and everything in between.

This transformation will be powerful. Fitness has the ability to improve our entire life. The process will be very simple, but not easy.

Shaving time off a marathon, feeling stronger in daily life, gaining confidence and health, and improving your relationship with yourself are the things that really matter.

YOUR PROGRAM

Coaching is a two-way street. I can teach you everything you need to know. But I cannot do it for you.

Which means we’ve got to work together at this. The very first step is booking a call together which serves two purposes: understanding your relevant fitness and health information, and getting to know each other on a human level.

  • We’ll discuss your goals, training and injury history, health history, and any other “technical” information that allows me to help you as best as possible.

  • Just as importantly, we’ll get to know each other to determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.

I’ll then build a customized program for you to follow. This includes training, and any lifestyle and nutrition habits we will have discussed.

Then the real fun begins. You get to work on training and implementing any other agreed upon changes. The transformation has begun.

We’ll check in at least weekly from here on out. Your program will continue to evolve and progress over time as we work towards your goals.

MY ULTIMATE GOAL FOR YOU is to need my coaching less and less over time. I will always be with you every step of the way as you need. But if I’ve done a good job, you’ll gain a whole lot of independence with your fitness and health.
