You prefer to work out in privacy
Hi, I’m Daniel
I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and a personal trainer. I've been coaching since 2017, and I built my own private gym in Bolton so my clients can train without the crowds, the waiting, or the feeling that everyone is watching.
I work best with people who are ready to take control of their health. Maybe you were athletic once and want to feel like that again. Maybe pain or an old injury has been holding you back. Maybe you're just tired of your health getting in the way of the rest of your life.
My approach is to learn how you move, build a plan around your body and your goals, and coach you through every rep so you train safely and see real progress. You'll get my full attention, and a plan that's yours, not a generic program.
A private gym, just for training
I've built a private training gym at my home in Bolton, with dedicated equipment, proper flooring, and no crowds. It's still getting its final finishing touches, but it's fully functional and clients are already training here.
It's completely private, and since it's my home, I'll share the exact location once you book in to start training.
Your next steps
Step 1: free consultation
A 30 minute call to talk through your goals, your history and get to know each other. We need to start where you are, and know where you want to get to, so we can make the best plan to get you there.
Step 2: movement assessment
We get in the gym and I’ll look at how you move. From here, I’ll have a clear picture of the exercises and training styles you need for your body and your goals.
Step 3: start training
We begin your sessions in the private gym. I’ll coach you through every rep, and we’ll adjust and progress the plan as you go.
Results from my clients
“I lost 29 pounds and finally fit into clothes I haven’t worn since before I had kids. But I also just feel better in my body. I’m stronger and every day tasks are just easier.”
“Down 31 pounds, better bloodwork, and I sleep way better. For the first time in years I feel like I’m taking care of myself instead of just getting through the day.”
“I’d never worked out before so I was worried about going to a busy gym. Daniel showed me how to do everything the right way”
“I was getting stiff and feeling old. At 67 I’m stronger, sleeping better, and I can easily get down on the floor to play with my grandkids and chase them around.”
“Following random workouts and classes just wasn’t cutting it for me anymore. I’m down 26lbs, more toned, and I feel like I’m back in control of my body.”

Yes, and it's a big part of what I do.
To be clear, I don't diagnose or treat injuries. That's the job of your doctor, physiotherapist, or chiropractor, and I'm happy to work alongside them. What I can do is build a plan that works around your injury and helps you rebuild strength, movement, and confidence. We'll talk it through on your consultation.

It'll be a thorough conversation about your goals, your history, and anything you're working around, but light-hearted at the same time. You don’t need to prepare anything. We need to get to know each other to make the best possible plan for you going forward.
An important part of personal training is the “personal” part. So, after the call, if we both feel it's a good fit, we'll set up your first session and get to work on your goals.
