Sound familiar?
You know you should be training.
It just keeps not happening.
You used to be the sporty one. Now your back, knees or shoulders get a vote.
An old injury decides what you can and canβt do.
Youβve tried the apps, the classes and the YouTube workouts. None of it stuck.
A busy gym is the last place you want to figure things out.
Work and family get your best hours. Your health gets whatβs left.
Thatβs not a willpower problem. Itβs a plan-and-coaching problem, and itβs fixable. [CONFIRM]
Your first step
The free Strength & Movement Assessment
One hour, one-on-one, in the gym. It costs nothing and you donβt commit to anything.
01
Your story
Goals, training history, old injuries, and what has and hasnβt worked.
02
How you move
A hands-on movement assessment: strength, mobility and how your joints handle load.
03
Your starting point
Whatβs holding you back, and what your training should look like from here.
What it isnβt: a sales pitch. If itβs a fit, Iβll explain how training works and you decide. If it isnβt, you still leave knowing more about your body than when you walked in. [CONFIRM]

2
Free 1-hour assessment
In the gym: intake, movement assessment, and a clear picture of your starting point.
3
Start training
Choose how often youβll train (most clients come 2β3 times a week) and we get to work.
Your coach
Hi, Iβm Daniel.
Iβm a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and personal trainer, coaching since 2017.
After knee surgery, I was told squatting, sports and training hard were off the table for good. I refused to accept that. Rebuilding my own strength taught me more about coaching than any textbook, and itβs why Iβm patient with injuries and with people starting from zero. [CONFIRM]
Iβm a parent too, so I know how little spare time most people have. Every session is planned before you walk in. [CONFIRM]
Assess first.
I see how you move before I write a plan.
Track and adjust.
Your plan changes as you get stronger.
Hands-on coaching.
Cues and corrections in real time, so you lift with confidence.
Small client list.
You get my full attention.

βI lost 29 pounds and finally fit into clothes I havenβt worn since before I had kids. But I also just feel better in my body. Iβm stronger and everyday tasks are just easier.β
β Mary S., 38
βDown 31 pounds, better bloodwork, and I sleep way better. For the first time in years I feel like Iβm taking care of myself instead of just getting through the day.β
β Paul T., 42
βIβd never worked out before so I was worried about going to a busy gym. Daniel showed me how to do everything the right way.β
β Sabrina L., 45
βI was getting stiff and feeling old. At 67 Iβm stronger, sleeping better, and I can easily get down on the floor to play with my grandkids and chase them around.β
β Nick M., 67
βFollowing random workouts and classes just wasnβt cutting it for me anymore. Iβm down 26 lbs, more toned, and I feel like Iβm back in control of my body.β

Straight answers
The usual worries
"I'm out of shape. I'd be embarrassed."
It's a private gym, so no one else is there. We start from where you are today.
"I've got an injury or ongoing pain."
Training around pain and old injuries is a big part of what I do. I don't diagnose or treat; that's for your doctor, physio or chiro, and I'm happy to work alongside them. My job is a plan that works around the issue and rebuilds strength and confidence.
"I've tried before and it didn't stick."
Usually the plan didn't fit the person. [CONFIRM] Here you get booked sessions, a coach expecting you, and a plan built around your body and your calendar.
"I don't have time."
Sixty minutes, usually 2β3 times a week. Every minute is planned, so none of it is wasted wondering what to do next.
"Training at someone's home feels unusual."
Fair. It's a dedicated training space with real equipment and proper flooring. [CONFIRM: separate entrance? parking?] You'll see it at your free assessment before committing to anything, and I share the address once you've booked.
"What does it cost?"
We cover pricing in person at your assessment, once we both know what you need. It's billed in simple monthly blocks based on how often you train. No long contracts. [CONFIRM]
